I’m Judy, the founder of Every Element, a boutique travel concierge business specialising in tailor-made holidays and small-group hosted tours.
I believe a wonderful holiday is about more than choosing a destination. It’s about finding the right places to stay, enjoying experiences that interest you and making the most of the time you have away.
That’s where I come in. I work personally with my clients to design, book and manage their holidays, bringing all the details together so they can simply enjoy the experience.
A little about me
My love of travel began as a child, exploring the world with my mum and sister. Those early adventures sparked a passion that has stayed with me throughout my life — travelling with my husband and children, and now sharing that same excitement with my young grandchildren.
When I started Every Element, I wanted to build a business that made people happy. A business that gave people something wonderful to look forward to, helped them discover experiences they might otherwise have missed and made the most of their precious holiday time.
I genuinely love planning holidays. Finding beautiful places to stay, recommending experiences and working out how everything fits together is something I find enormously rewarding.
But what I enjoy most are the relationships I build with my clients. I share their excitement as their plans take shape, and there’s nothing better than hearing how much they’ve enjoyed their holiday.
It’s the same with my hosted tours. Seeing everyone arrive excited about what’s ahead, watching friendships develop and sharing those experiences together is incredibly special.
Seeing it all come together, whether it’s a tailor-made holiday or a hosted tour, gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction.

Getting to know you
I start by getting to know you — where you want to go, how you like to travel, the experiences that interest you and the type of accommodation you enjoy.
Your itinerary
From there, I put together a personalised itinerary, recommending hotels, experiences and the most practical way to travel between destinations.
Trusted partners
Through my relationships with trusted travel partners and preferred suppliers, I can recommend options that suit your interests, style and budget.
Bookings, handled
Once you’re happy with the itinerary, I make the bookings and manage the arrangements.
Everything in one app
Your confirmations, accommodation details, activities and itinerary are all brought together in an easy-to-use travel app.
While you’re away
And while you’re away, I’m available on WhatsApp if you need assistance.

Some clients come to me knowing exactly where they want to go and what they’d like to experience. Others have a destination in mind but aren’t sure where to begin.
Either way, we work together to create a holiday that suits you.
I’ll suggest places you might not have considered, recommend experiences worth including and help you decide how much time to spend in each destination.
And I believe a good holiday should have time to relax and enjoy yourself, too. Not every day needs to be filled with activities.
